Role Overview
Manage licensing and credentialing requirements for healthcare professionals and clinic facilities.
Ensure compliance with DHA, DOH, MOHAP, and other relevant UAE health authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new, renewal, transfer, cancellation, and amendment applications for healthcare professional licenses.
- Handle clinic and facility licensing and related regulatory requirements.
- Maintain license records and monitor professional and facility license expiry dates.
- Coordinate collection and verification of credentials and supporting documents.
- Liaise with health authorities on applications and approvals.
- Ensure healthcare professionals maintain valid licenses and required documentation.
- Initiate renewal processes proactively to maintain uninterrupted compliance.
- Support regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Keep updated on UAE healthcare licensing regulations and requirements.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of UAE experience in healthcare licensing or credentialing.
- Hands-on experience with DHA, DOH, and/or MOHAP licensing.
- Experience with both healthcare professional and facility licensing is preferred.
- Strong follow-up, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of UAE healthcare regulatory requirements.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500–AED 3,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
