Overview
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of medical and non-medical staff.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring aligned with hospital requirements.
- Handle licensing and credentialing processes for healthcare professionals in compliance with Qatar healthcare regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, QID documentation, and HR databases accurately.
- Process payroll in line with Qatar’s Wage Protection System (WPS), including salaries, overtime, and end-of-service benefits.
- Ensure full compliance with Qatar Labour Law, immigration procedures, and internal HR policies.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities such as probation, confirmation, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Address employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a professional and confidential manner.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and staff scheduling in coordination with hospital operations.
- Support performance management, training initiatives, HR audits, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
