- Strong Employee Relations skills, with the ability to manage conflict resolution, performance discussions, and employee support.
- Knowledge of HR Policies, employment law basics, and compliance best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, multicultural environment.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.

Role Description
- The HR Executive is a full time remote role responsible for managing day to day human resources activities that support a distributed, technical workforce.
- This role will oversee HR operations such as onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating payroll and benefits with relevant stakeholders.
- The HR Executive will handle employee relations matters, address queries, support performance management processes, and assist in resolving workplace concerns in a fair and timely manner.
- The role includes developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and company standards.
- The HR Executive will also collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, recruitment coordination, and employee engagement initiatives to support a positive and inclusive work culture.
Qualifications
