- Monitor asset condition, performance, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Lead inspection, maintenance, risk assessment, and integrity assurance activities
- Identify potential asset risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent failures
- Review asset performance data and recommend improvements to optimize reliability and efficiency
- Coordinate integrity audits, assessments, and technical investigations
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support asset lifecycle planning
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices
- Prepare reports, documentation, and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of asset integrity management, reliability engineering, and risk management principles
- Experience with maintenance planning, inspection programs, and asset lifecycle management
- Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Previous experience in asset integrity, engineering, maintenance, energy, utilities, infrastructure, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred

Overview
- We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Asset Integrity Manager to join our team.
