My client a leading

multinational technology organisation is looking for a

Hr Director

who

will oversee all aspects of human capital management, ensuring alignment between workforce capabilities and organisational objectives.

This senior leadership position is accountable for shaping and delivering the organisation’s people strategy to support business growth and transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with commercial priorities.
  • Provide expert guidance on organisational structure, workforce optimisation, and people-related risks.
  • Drive long-term workforce planning to enable sustainable growth and scalability.
  • Design and implement succession pipelines and leadership development frameworks.
  • Establish frameworks that promote accountability, performance excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee employee engagement initiatives and monitor key people metrics to enhance retention and satisfaction.
  • Introduce structured learning programs to enhance both technical and leadership capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain competitive compensation frameworks aligned with market benchmarks.
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable labour laws and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
  • Oversee HR policies, systems, and operational processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Utilise data and analytics to support informed decision-making and workforce insights.
  • Lead and support organisational change initiatives, including restructuring and digital transformation programs.
  • Work with business leaders to manage change effectively and minimise disruption.

Requirements

  • Over 15+ years of progressive experience in HR positions, managing a team.
  • You MUST have extensive experience in HR, including a significant period in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Experience working for multinationals, Tech/IT is desirable.
  • Ideally have experience working in a matrix reporting structure.
  • Strong expertise in modern HR practices, organisational design, and talent management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead geographically dispersed and culturally diverse teams.
  • Arabic speaker
