About This Role

  • The HR Coordinator will assist HR Managers with operational HR tasks across Marsh UAE (Dubai).
  • This is an excellent opportunity for a developing HR practitioner to gain hands on experience across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR Managers with daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, coordination with internal stakeholders (Payroll, IT, Facilities, Hiring Managers), and ensuring a smooth employee experience.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in line with company policies and confidentiality requirements.
  • Prepare and update HR documents, letters, forms, and reports as required.
  • Respond to employee queries and direct requests to the appropriate HR contact or escalate where needed.
  • Support employee lifecycle activities such as contract changes, personal data updates, internal transfers, and probation tracking.
  • Coordinate with Payroll, IT, Facilities, and other teams to support HR processes and timely handovers.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, interviews, and employee communications.
  • Track HR actions, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Support compliance with UAE labor law, internal HR policies, and audit requirements.
  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • UAE National
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Entry level to early career candidates; recent graduates with HR internships or related exposure are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, follow established processes, and work collaboratively across teams.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in professional services, or a client facing HR environment.
  • Experience or exposure to onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination or employee relations
  • Familiarity with UAE labor law and local HR compliance requirements.
