Overview

  • Marsh UAE is seeking candidates for Client Relationship Management – Specialist to join their RM / General Lines team based in the Dubai office.

We will count on you to:

  • Manage client portfolio independently with multiple industry focus
  • Deliver day to day administration as per company standards including liaising with internal teams, mid term changes and contract reviews
  • Perform critical client functions, including evaluating risks; reviewing loss experience, cash flow and financials; developing solutions; articulating impact of options; leveraging prepared analytics and making recommendations to client across product lines
  • Collaborate with other organizational practices to facilitate cross selling opportunities
  • Understand and fulfill all compliance, professional and transparency standards
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of changing market conditions, deep understanding of Insurers' service propositions and capabilities
  • Undertake assigned tasks and projects as directed by senior leadership, meeting agreed upon timelines
  • Address escalated issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, help manage expectations, mitigate relationship risks and applies judgement as to when to escalate major issues to senior level colleagues ensuring compliance

What you need to have:

  • University degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering, CII or equivalent degrees In Insurance will be an advantage
  • 7+ years’ experience in account management in insurance sector especially with large & complex client projects
  • Prior UAE Experience
  • Knowledge of P&C policy requirements
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, Arabic is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively as a part of a team
  • Advanced communication, presentation and training skills
  • Energetic, self motivated and result oriented
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
