About the Role
invygo is looking for an HR Business Partner to act as a hybrid HR leader, combining strategic business partnering with full HR operational ownership in Riyadh. The role includes payroll processing, employee lifecycle management, and compliance with Saudi labor laws.

Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and translate them into HR actions and solutions
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, and restructuring initiatives
- Own and execute the end to end monthly payroll process
- Manage all HR related government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, HRSD, etc.)
- Manage full employee lifecycle processes including contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and records
- Drive performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews, and evaluations)
- Manage immigration related processes including visa applications and Iqama updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 8 years of HR experience, including HRBP and HR operations exposure
- Strong experience in Saudi Arabia is required
- Solid knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government regulations
- Experience handling payroll processing is mandatory

The Role
- The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a hybrid HR leader responsible for both strategic business partnering and full HR operational ownership.
- The role supports business leaders in driving organizational effectiveness while also owning end to end HR operations, payroll processing, employee lifecycle administration, and compliance with Saudi labor laws and government regulations.
What You'll Do
- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and translate them into HR actions and solutions
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, and restructuring initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, employee matters, and people related decisions
- Support change management initiatives and organizational effectiveness programs
- Guide employee relations, engagement, and retention strategies
- Drive performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews, and evaluations)
- Support managers in performance discussions and PIP processes
- Participate in talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support hiring needs and workforce planning
- Identify capability gaps and support development initiatives
- Own and execute the end to end monthly payroll process
- Prepare, calculate, and validate payroll inputs including salaries, variable pay, overtime, allowances, commissions, deductions, leave balances, and adjustments
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 8 years of HR experience, including HRBP and HR operations exposure
- Strong experience in Saudi Arabia is required
- Solid knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government regulations
- Experience handling payroll processing is mandatory
