- Own OTIF handover, acceptance rate, and car upload across KSA and UAE
- Manage fleet maintenance scheduling and service quality
- Lead collection performance and force collection recovery
- Own daily operational dashboards and KPI reporting
- Standardize processes and SLAs across markets
- Collaborate with Supply, Finance, Product, Engineering, and CX teams
- Build, lead, and mentor high performing operations teams
Requirements
- 8+ years in operations, fleet, logistics, last mile, mobility, or marketplace operations
- At least 4 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record owning hard operational KPIs at scale
- Experience leading distributed or multi market teams
- Strong analytical and dashboard driven mindset
- Fluent English and Arabic
- Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh

What You’ll Do
