**Need someone who can join in 2-3 days .**We are urgently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have strong HR operational and analytical skills and be able to manage end-to-end HR functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process **payroll** accurately and timely
- Prepare and maintain **MIS reports and HR data**
- Handle **HR analytics** and provide insights for decision-making
- Oversee **Performance Management System (PMS)** processes
- Manage **employee exit formalities** including full & final settlement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Support overall HR operations and business objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HRBP or similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of payroll, MIS, HR analytics, PMS, and exits
- Immediate joiner (within 2–3 days) preferred
- Good communication and organizational skills
