Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Slimming Manager** with a valid UAE Dietitian License to lead our slimming and weight management department.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing clients' weight-loss programs, supervising the slimming team, driving sales and revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalized diet plans.
- Provide weight management and lifestyle counseling to clients.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the slimming team.
- Achieve monthly revenue and performance targets.
- Promote slimming packages and treatment programs.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and client retention.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff for comprehensive client care.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Valid UAE **Dietitian License (DOH/MOH/DHA)**.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in slimming, weight management, or aesthetic/wellness clinics.
- Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong consultation, counseling, and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in wellness, aesthetics, or slimming centers.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Team leadership and performance management experience.
