- Support onboarding and documentation of new joiners
- Prepare HR related reports and recruitment trackers
- Handle job postings on recruitment portals and social media platforms
- Assist with day to day HR administrative tasks
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and joining formalities
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Freshers and interns are welcome to apply
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Hindi speaking candidates will have an added advantage
- Immediate joiners are preferred
