Responsibilities
- Handle all government related transactions with Qatar authorities and ministries
- Manage employee visa processing, work permits, residence permits, QID, medical, fingerprinting, renewals, transfers, and cancellations
- Liaise with Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Interior, Municipality, Immigration, and other government entities
- Ensure full compliance with Qatar Labour Law, immigration rules, and government regulations
- Maintain strong coordination and professional relationships with government officials
- Handle company documents including CR, trade license, establishment documents, approvals, and renewals
- Manage online government portals and submit applications accurately
- Support HR with employee onboarding, contracts, labour documentation, and exit formalities
- Keep updated with changes in Qatar laws, rules, procedures, and government requirements
- Provide guidance to management on legal and compliance matters
- Maintain proper records of all government transactions and documents
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a PRO in Qatar
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law, immigration procedures, and government systems
- Good contacts and working relationships with Qatar government departments
- Experience handling MOI, Ministry of Labour, Municipality, and other official processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- English mandatory
- Arabic knowledge preferred
- Valid Qatar driving license preferred

Overview
