Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for an HR assistant.
The selected candidate will support the HR team in day-to-day operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, coordinating training sessions, handling benefits administration, and facilitating communication between different departments.
The HR assistant will ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Coordinate employee onboarding, recruitment, and development and handle the processing of the
- necessary paperwork to ensure that requirements are addressed efficiently and effectively.
- Support the management in the recruitment process.
- Develop a recruitment pipeline of potential candidates, which will reduce recruitment turnaround time.
- Ensure HR and administration services are being delivered in an effective and timely manner.
- Coordinate the exit process of employees to ensure that requirements are met.
- Maintain the personnel files to ensure that all required documents are updated in the files.
- Provide monthly reports on HR-related activities.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the HR manager from time to time.
- Assist in drafting employment contracts, offer letters, and HR-related correspondence.
- Handle employee attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support HR compliance by ensuring adherence to company policies and UAE labor law requirements.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
- **Qualifications**
- Understanding of Human Resources concepts, including HR Management and HR practices
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related tools
- Familiarity with Benefits Administration and experience supporting employee programs
- Skills in organizing and coordinating employee training and development initiatives
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Must be a UAE National with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
