Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job vacancies and screening applications
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and school management
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
- Maintain accurate employee files and HRMS
- Update staff information, contracts, certifications, and licenses
- Assist with new employee orientation and induction
- Coordinate visa, residency permit, and medical documentation processes
- Monitor staff attendance and leave records
- Process leave applications and maintain leave balances
- Assist in preparing payroll related information
- Respond to employee HR related inquiries
Requirements
- Experience in HR or administrative support
- Knowledge of Qatar Labour Law is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job vacancies and screening applications.

- Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Maintain accurate employee files and HRMS
- Update staff information, contracts, certifications, and licenses.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
- Prepare HR reports and staff documentation as required.
- Assist with new employee orientation and induction.
- Coordinate visa, residency permit, and medical documentation processes.
- Collect and process exit documents for departing employees.
- Monitor staff attendance and leave records.
Pay
- QAR4,000.00 QAR5,000.00 per hour
