Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in HR management and recruitment roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
• Excellent knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations issues effectively and professionally.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and initiatives.
