Responsibilities
- Manage end to end employee onboarding process
- Coordinate with PRO for employee visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and government processes
- Liaise with insurance providers for employee medical insurance enrollment, renewals, and updates
- Prepare and maintain employee attendance records for monthly payroll processing
- Maintain employee files and ensure HR records are accurate and up to date
- Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, warning letters, and other employee correspondence
- Manage employee leave records and support employee offboarding procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations
- Coordinate renewal of company vehicle registrations (Mulkiya) and vehicle insurance
- Coordinate property insurance renewals and warehouse insurance renewals
- Process vendor registrations and maintain vendor documentation
Requirements
- 2 3 years of relevant HR and administration experience
- Knowledge of UAE labor regulations

- We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive with 2 3 years of relevant experience to join our team immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end employee onboarding process.
