Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment: JD drafting, job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and offer management
- Process UAE employment visas, work permits, Emirates ID, and related government documentation
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and WPS requirements
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HRMS data
- Manage leave tracking, attendance records, and timesheets
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the Finance team
- Serve as first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances
- Coordinate annual and mid year performance appraisal cycle
- Manage office supplies, pantry provisions, and warehouse requirements
- Oversee office maintenance activities including equipment servicing and AMCs
- Manage petty cash fund and maintain accurate records
- Monitor employee visa renewal timelines and coordinate with PRO
Requirements
- 3 5 years of HR experience in an SME or startup environment
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and WPS requirements
- Experience in end to end recruitment and onboarding
- Proficiency in HRMS and payroll coordination
- Strong administrative and organizational skills

- HR Reporting & Analytics: Prepare monthly HR dashboards covering headcount, attrition, leave liability, and open positions. Maintain the manpower planner and flag resourcing risks to leadership.
