Role Overview

  • We are looking for a proactive and hands on HR Executive to build, manage, and continuously improve our people operations. This is a generalist role — you will own the full HR lifecycle from hire to retire, as well as broader office administration — and be the primary HR and admin contact for all em

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end to end recruitment: JD drafting, job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and offer management. Coordinate pre joining formalities including reference checks and document collection. Execute structured onboarding and Week 1 induction for all new jo
  • HR Operations & UAE Compliance: Process UAE employment visas, work permits, Emirates ID, and related government documentation. Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law (Federal Decree Law No. 33 of 2021) and WPS requirements. Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HRMS data. Manage lea
  • Employee Relations & Culture: Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.   • Administration: Manage the general upkeep of the office. Coordinate ordering of office supplies, pantry provisions, and warehouse requirements.
