The employer is hiring an HR Admin and Cashier who speaks Chinese.
The job location is Dubai, UAE.
The salary budget is AED 6,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily cash collections, deposits, and reconciliation.
- Maintain petty cash and accurate financial records.
- Support invoice processing, receipts, and basic accounting tasks.
- Coordinate with headquarters HR and Finance teams.
- Manage filing, office supplies, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- More than 2 years of relevant UAE experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with cash and documents.
- Familiarity with MS Office, including Excel and Word.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required.
- Currently based in the UAE.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary budget is AED 6,000 per month.
- Employment visa and medical insurance are provided.
- Benefits include 30 days of paid annual leave and return air tickets.
- The schedule includes two days off per week.
