Requirements
- Strong administrative skills including document management, record keeping, and data entry
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS or HR related software tools
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes such as recruitment support, onboarding, payroll coordination, and leave administration
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Relevant experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in a corporate or regional business environment
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations is an advantage
- Capacity to work collaboratively within a diverse team

Role Description
- The HR Admin Assistant is a full time, on site role based in the United Arab Emirates, supporting daily HR operations.
- Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, preparing HR documentation, assisting with onboarding/offboarding, coordinating interviews and training, handling inquiries, updating databases, managing attendance and leave, supporting payroll inputs, and ensuring compliance.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative skills including document management, record keeping, and data entry.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS or HR related software tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes such as recruitment support, onboarding, payroll coordination, and leave administration.
