Role Description

  • The HR Admin Assistant is a full time, on site role based in the United Arab Emirates, supporting daily HR operations.
  • Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, preparing HR documentation, assisting with onboarding/offboarding, coordinating interviews and training, handling inquiries, updating databases, managing attendance and leave, supporting payroll inputs, and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative skills including document management, record keeping, and data entry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS or HR related software tools.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes such as recruitment support, onboarding, payroll coordination, and leave administration.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Relevant experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in a corporate or regional business environment.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively within a diverse team and adapt to evolving organizational needs.
