About the Role
Oasis Enterprises seeks an ELV Design/Estimation Presales Engineer to design ELV solutions, prepare technical proposals, and support the sales team during bidding. - Review tender documents and project specifications
- Prepare technical proposals and compliance statements
- Coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers for technical support and pricing
- Develop system architecture and design solutions based on client requirements
- Prepare value engineering proposals when required
- Support sales team during bid submission and technical clarifications
- Prepare ELV layouts, riser diagram, schematics, and equipment rack details
- Perform calculations and equipment selection
- Ensure designs comply with project specifications and authority requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ELV system design, estimation, and presales support
- Hands on experience with Structured Cabling Systems, CCTV Systems, Access Control System, Intercom Systems, Disabled Alarm Systems
- Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQs), Technical Submittals, Compliance Statements, System Design Drawings, Cost Estimations, Tender Documentation
- Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems and industry standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software
- Excellent analytical, estimation, and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Team oriented with strong stakeholder management skills
