About the Role
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an HPC and Storage Technology Consultant to provide technical support and delivery of high-end HPC solutions for a key account in Abu Dhabi. The role involves troubleshooting, customer relationship management, and collaboration with internal teams and third parties.

Responsibilities
- Support and deliver high end HPC solutions for customers
- Apply technical background to support and deliver HPC services including hardware and software for massively parallel supercomputer systems, clusters and storage systems on a 24x7 basis
- Support the pre sales team in scoping and sizing HPC services when required
- Manage day to day HPC support and maintenance activity as the dedicated account site in Abu Dhabi
- Analyze, qualify, troubleshoot, resolve incidents with autonomy and expertise, and coordinate with L2 and L3
- Support issues requiring specialized intervention
- Collaborate with team members, internal organizations, customers, and third parties (e.g. DDN, Red Hat, Cool IT, Nvidia)
- Manage customer relationship including verbal and written communication
- Research HPC documentation and complete required training to maintain and develop HPC skills
- Learn new technologies in HPC including Cray EX Liquid cooled systems and NVL72
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- At least 4 years of experience in HPC or related field
- Knowledge in High Performance Computing technologies and/or enterprise level storage systems
- Experience in Linux/Unix Operating systems
- Experience with HPC Hardware Support or related industries
- Experience in running day to day operation, hardware break fix and administration of HPC systems at client site
- Advanced skills in customer service and customer facing communication
- Willing to relocate to the United Arab Emirates

Job Description
- Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams.
- Responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers’ business needs.
- As trusted advisor create and maintain effective customer relationships to insure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of leading edge technologies and industry/market domain knowledge.
- Shape technical direction and technical strategies within the organization and for external customers.
- Accountable for consistent and significant chargeability levels and for assisting in meeting or exceeding revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
Responsibilities
- Cover the support and delivery of high end HPC solutions for our customers.
- Apply technical background and knowledge of industry trends to Support and Deliver for the account HPC services, including both hardware and software, for massively parallel (MPP) supercomputer systems, clusters and storage systems on a 24 X 7 Basis.
- Support the pre sales team in scoping & sizing the HPC services when required.
- Dedicated to a key account managing Day to Day HPC Support and Maintenance activity as the dedicated account site in UAE Abu Dhabi.
- Analyze, qualify, troubleshoot, resolve the incidents with the right level of autonomy & expertise and coordinate with L2 and L3.
- Support issues requiring specialized intervention.
- Collaborate with team members, other internal organizations, customers, and third parties (e.g. DDN, Red Hat, Cool IT, Nvidia,…)
- Manage the customer relationship, including verbal & written communication.
- Research HPC documentation & complete required training to maintain and develop HPC skills.
- Must be willing learn new technologies in HPC including Cray EX Liquid cooled systems and NVL72 as the core technologies to support.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must hold a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Knowledge in High Performance Computing technologies and/or enterprise level storage systems, and/or High Performance Computing Application.
- Experience in Linux/Unix Operating systems.
- Experience with HPC Hardware Support or related industries is advantageous.
- Experienced in running the day to day operation, hardware break fix and administration of HPC systems at the client site.
- Advanced skills in customer service and customer facing communication.
- Willing to relocate to the United Arab Emirates.
