- Supervise cleanliness and maintenance of facilities, coordinating repairs
- Prepare periodic reports on housing conditions and residents
- Oversee implementation of emergency and evacuation plans
- Organize awareness and recreational activities for residents
- Follow up on resident needs and provide according to regulations
- Report incidents or emergencies immediately and take necessary actions
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Previous experience in administrative supervision
- Age above 25 years
- Proficiency in English (writing, reading, speaking)

Job Description

- Receive new residents and orient them to housing rules and procedures
- Maintain resident records and update data continuously
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Previous experience in administrative supervision preferred
- Age above 25 years preferred
- Proficiency in English (writing, reading, speaking)
