Seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations in a 4/5 star hotel. Requires minimum 2 years experience in the same position, good English, and physical fitness.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Housekeeping Attendants and assign work schedules effectively
- Issue room keys, cleaning supplies, and equipment to Housekeeping Attendants while ensuring proper control procedures are followed
- Attend daily operational briefings and communicate priorities, VIP arrivals, special requests, and operational updates to the team
- Monitor room status, including VIP arrivals, Do Not Disturb, Sleep Out, Double Locked, and vacant rooms, ensuring appropriate follow up actions
- Verify room check outs before releasing rooms as vacant in the system
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure service recovery whenever required
- Inspect guest rooms, corridors, public areas, service pantries, and stairwells to ensure they meet brand cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards
- Ensure all guest room amenities, linen, and supplies are replenished according to hotel standards
- Identify and report maintenance defects, safety hazards, and repair requirements immediately, ensuring timely follow up
- Supervise the cleanliness and maintenance of housekeeping equipment, machines, trolleys, and storage areas
- Conduct regular quality inspections using departmental checklists and implement corrective actions where necessary
- Assist in inventory control and ensure proper handling and storage of housekeeping supplies, chemicals, linen, and equipment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in the same position in a 4/5 star hotel
- Good command of English Language (Written & Spoken)
- Physically fit (ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periods)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
