Role Overview

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Review guest requests before arrival, record them in the appropriate systems, and ensure timely completion by relevant departments or associates.
• Prepare worksheets, allocate checkout rooms, distribute work assignments, and coordinate priority room readiness with Front Office.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints, ensure proper documentation, and pass information to Housekeeping Management.
• Maintain key logs, office information boards, operation books, handovers, and other housekeeping documentation.
• Prepare staffing charts, weekly agency timesheets, daily hours, payroll updates, and schedules for approval.
• Coordinate lost property enquiries, security handovers, credit card authorization forms, agency staffing, associate requests, and contractor liaison.
