About the Role

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and service areas to hotel standards
- Make beds, vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and replenish guest amenities and supplies
- Remove room service trays/trolleys and keep public areas neat and tidy
- Report maintenance issues promptly and ensure fire exits and stairways remain clear
- Handle room keys responsibly and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing requests through the valet service
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in the same position in a 4/5 star hotel
- Good command of English Language (Written & Spoken)
- Physically fit (ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periods)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and independently

Job Description
