A private family in Doha is looking for an experienced, professional, and highly organized House Manager & Private Tutor to oversee household operations while supporting children’s academic development.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for all household-related matters
- Coordinate and supervise domestic staff, including housekeepers and nannies
- Manage schedules, appointments, and daily household activities
- Maintain clear communication with the family regarding household updates and requirements
- Ensure privacy and confidentiality of family information at all times
- Handle general household administration and organization
Private Tutoring Duties
- Assist students with homework, assignments, projects, and test preparation
- Support academic learning and explain key concepts clearly
- Monitor students’ academic progress and provide guidance for improvement
- Stay updated with school curriculum requirements
- Encourage positive study habits and structured learning routines
Requirements
- Proven experience in house management and/or private tutoring
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently
- Professional attitude with high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Patient, responsible, and supportive personality
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant educational background preferred
