Responsibilities
- Lead group level financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Prepare consolidated financial reports and present insights to senior management
- Partner with business unit heads to improve operational efficiency and profitability
- Support investment analysis, business expansion, and strategic decision making
- Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls
- Oversee cash flow management, financial reporting, and ERP based financial operations
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting systems
- Provide timely and accurate financial insights to support executive decisions
Requirements
- CA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification
- 10–15 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles
- Experience managing group finance across multiple business sectors is highly preferred
- Previous exposure to family owned businesses or diversified business groups is an advantage
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Strong business acumen with a hands on and solution oriented approach

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision making across a diversified group of companies operating in Luxury Retail, Real Estate, Hospitality, FMCG, Food & Beverage, Technology, and Contracting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead group level financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
