Job Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision making across a diversified group of companies operating in Luxury Retail, Real Estate, Hospitality, FMCG, Food & Beverage, Technology, and Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead group level financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Prepare consolidated financial reports and present insights to senior management.
  • Partner with business unit heads to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Support investment analysis, business expansion, and strategic decision making.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.
  • Oversee cash flow management, financial reporting, and ERP based financial operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting systems.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial insights to support executive decisions.

Requirements

  • CA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 10–15 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles.
  • Experience managing group finance across multiple business sectors is highly preferred.
  • Previous exposure to family owned businesses or diversified business groups is an advantage.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial Consolidation, Strategic Financial Management, ERP Systems, Management Reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong business acumen with a hands on and solution oriented approach.
