Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all domestic and international travel, including flights, private transport, luxury hotels, and changing itineraries
- Manage the Family's calendar, appointments, and personal scheduling; anticipate and resolve conflicts proactively
- Handle personal shopping, purchases, and errands; manage budgets and expenses related to personal arrangements
- Liaise with household staff and service providers; oversee day to day household affairs and ensure standards are maintained
- Build and maintain a network within luxury hospitality, travel, concierge, and premium retail sectors; negotiate and coordinate with service providers
- Organize personal events, appointments, and occasions on behalf of the Family, managing all logistics end to end
- Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding the Family's personal affairs, schedule, and household matters
- Conduct research and comparative analysis on travel, venues, and services to provide well informed recommendations
Requirements
- Experience in luxury hospitality, travel, concierge, or premium retail sectors
- Ability to manage budgets and expenses
- Excellent organizational and scheduling skills

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the Family's calendar, appointments, and personal scheduling; anticipate and resolve conflicts proactively.
- Handle personal shopping, purchases, and errands; manage budgets and expenses related to personal arrangements when required.
