Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of daily household operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Develop and implement luxury service standards across the residence
- Oversee housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, security, drivers, chefs, and other domestic staff
- Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise household employees
- Deliver a 5 star hospitality experience for family members and guests
- Coordinate VIP visits, family gatherings, private events, and special occasions
- Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, maintenance companies, and service providers
- Monitor household expenses and budgets
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and special requests for the family
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably within 5 star hotels, luxury resorts, or premium F&B operations
- Proven experience in leadership roles such as House Manager, Residence Manager, F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager, Butler Manager, Guest Relations Manager, or Hotel Operations Manager
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong understanding of luxury service standards and VIP guest management
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Previous experience working for a UHNW family, royal household, private office, or family office preferred

Position Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and highly polished House Manager to oversee the day to day operations of a prestigious private residence in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate will bring a strong background from luxury hospitality, particularly within 5 star hotels, luxury resorts, or high end Food & Beverage operations, combined with a commitment to delivering exceptional service standards.
- Experience managing private households for Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) families is highly desirable.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
- Important Note: Live in role at the residence. 6 days working week.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of daily household operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and implement luxury service standards across the residence.
- Oversee housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, security, drivers, chefs, and other domestic staff.
- Ensure the residence is maintained to the highest standards at all times.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise household employees.
- Prepare duty rosters, manage performance, and coordinate staff schedules.
- Foster a culture of professionalism, discretion, and excellence.
- Conduct regular training on hospitality and guest service standards.
- Deliver a 5 star hospitality experience for family members and guests.
- Coordinate VIP visits, family gatherings, private events, and special occasions.
- Manage dining service, table settings, food presentation, and overall guest experience.
- Liaise with chefs and external suppliers to ensure exceptional catering and service delivery.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably within 5 star hotels, luxury resorts, or premium F&B operations.
- Proven experience in leadership roles such as House Manager, Residence Manager, F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager, Butler Manager, Guest Relations Manager, or Hotel Operations Manager.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong understanding of luxury service standards and VIP guest management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Previous experience working for a UHNW family, royal household, private office, or family office preferred.
- Butler or luxury hospitality training from recognized institutions preferred.
- Experience managing large residences and multicultural household teams preferred.
- Knowledge of fine dining service, protocol, and etiquette preferred.
