- 5–10 years of experience managing luxury residences, estates, or hospitality operations
- Experience supervising multidisciplinary household staff
- Strong knowledge of household maintenance, budgeting, and vendor management

Overview
- Position is Live In and for VIP Family in Doha, Qatar.
- The House Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the residence, ensuring the home is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, security, and hospitality.
- The role includes managing household staff, coordinating vendors, maintaining household budgets, and ensuring seamless day to day operations while providing exceptional service to the family and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day to day management of the residence.
- Ensure the home is clean, organized, and well maintained at all times.
- Develop and implement household policies, procedures, and schedules.
- Manage household inventories, supplies, and equipment.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate household staff (housekeepers, chefs, drivers, gardeners, nannies, security personnel, etc.).
- Prepare staff schedules and allocate duties.
- Conduct performance reviews and address staff issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with household standards and confidentiality requirements.
- Coordinate with maintenance contractors, service providers, and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate contracts, and monitor service quality.
- Schedule preventive maintenance for household systems and equipment.
- Prepare and monitor household operating budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience managing luxury residences, estates, or hospitality operations.
- Experience supervising multidisciplinary household staff.
- Strong knowledge of household maintenance, budgeting, and vendor management.
