- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations
- Monitor maintenance budgets, inventory, and spare parts
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel, hospitality, or facility maintenance
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, MEP, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Experience leading maintenance teams is preferred
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
