Responsibilities
- Provide professional and advisory support to the Director of Housekeeping
- Supervise and oversee day to day Housekeeping operation including inspection of guest rooms and public areas
- Coach and train all talents in the department to improve work performance
- Ensure hotel and housekeeping regulations and procedures are followed
- Attend and assist to conduct Housekeeping communication meetings
- Investigate complaints, take corrective actions and follow through
- Conduct daily physical inspections of guest rooms, public areas, F&B outlets and offices
- Recommend rooms requiring repair and coordinate with Engineering, Front office and Butlers
- Supervise and monitor use of guest supplies, cleaning chemicals, machines and equipment
- Supervise and schedule inventories for store and supplies items
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a luxury hotel

Job Requirements
