Position Summary
The Hotel Cleanliness Expert performs a wide range of housekeeping functions and helps maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel.
The role supports a memorable guest experience by ensuring hotel spaces are clean, orderly, and ready for guests.
Responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests and provide hands-on support throughout the hotel.
- Stock housekeeping carts.
- Clean guest rooms and public spaces.
- Maintain hotel spaces in a condition that supports a great guest experience.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Role Expectations
- Ensure a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold quality standards.
- Keep uniform, personal appearance, and communications professional.
- Remain on feet and move around by standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Schedule
- Full-time schedule.
