- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the hostess team
- Ensure all Royal Family members, VIP guests, and visitors receive a warm, professional, and personalized welcome
- Monitor hostess performance and ensure palace service standards are consistently maintained
- Conduct training, coaching, and mentoring of hostess staff
- Prepare duty rosters, shift schedules, and staffing allocations
- Ensure proper greeting protocols and forms of address are followed at all times
- Manage guest flow and coordinate seating arrangements when required
- Handle guest concerns, requests, and inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Liaise closely with Palace departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and organization of reception and entrance areas
- Monitor entry points and ensure guests are welcomed appropriately
- Ensure hostess staff comply with all palace security, confidentiality, and protocol requirements
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Hospitality, Tourism, or Customer Service qualifications highly regarded
- Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury hospitality, VIP guest relations, private households, palaces, embassies, luxury hotels, or similar environments
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience essential
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Moroccan Arabic language skills MANDATORY
- Exceptional presentation and grooming standards
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Purpose of the Position
- The Hostess Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the hostess team and ensuring the highest standards of guest reception, hospitality, and service are consistently delivered throughout the Estate
- The successful candidate will lead by example, providing a warm, professional, and discreet welcome to the Royal Family, distinguished guests, and VIP visitors while ensuring palace protocols and service standards are upheld at all times
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Hospitality, Tourism, or Customer Service qualifications highly regarded
- Additional training in luxury hospitality or guest relations advantageous
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury hospitality, VIP guest relations, private households, palaces, embassies, luxury hotels, or similar environments
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience essential
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Moroccan Arabic language skills MANDATORY
- Exceptional presentation and grooming standards

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 5,000 8,000 per month (dependent on experience)
