About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide courteous, professional, efficient, flexible and personalized service at all times
- Serve food courses and beverages
- Answer questions on menu selections and be fully aware of Room Service and menu
- Update Principal preferences, likes and dislikes reporting to F&B Manager and Senior Butlers
- Follow all Principal needs until completed to total satisfaction
- Arrange table setting and service of welcome drinks
- Ensure clean dining area and reception rooms, maintain cleanliness of work
- Take notes of information, updates and instruction and give proper handover before signing off
- Help monitor stock of all items in the residence
- Understand and adhere to Rules & Regulations, Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety policy
Requirements
- 3 years Diploma Hotel school highly regarded
- 2 years service in Michelin star or 5 star restaurant, hotel or luxury property
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Tagalog, Sinhala or Tamil highly regarded

Position Overview

Qualifications / Licenses / Skills
- 3 Years Diploma Hotel school highly regarded
- 2 years service in Michelin star or 5 star restaurant, hotel or luxury property Mandatory
- Fluent in English Mandatory
- Fluent in Tagalog, Sinhala or Tamil highly regarded
Duties
- Positive attitude and good communication skills, with excellent grooming standards
- Provides courteous, professional, efficient, flexible and personalized service
- Serves food courses and beverages
- Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations
- Fully aware of the Room Service and menu, answers questions on menu selections
- Updating the Principal preference, likes and dislikes reporting to F&B Manager and Senior Butlers
- Follows all the Principal needs until completed to total satisfaction
- Service of food and beverages: arrange table setting, service of welcome drinks
- Performs all Principal duties with sense of priority and dedication
- Ensure a clean dining area, reception rooms, maintaining cleanliness of work
- Takes notes of all information, updates and instruction and giving proper handover
- Helps monitoring the stock of all items in the residence
