Responsibilities
- Conduct installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, outlets, lighting, and appliances
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and resolve faults, including replacing sockets, switches, circuit breakers, and testing appliances
- Undertake electrical installation and smart wiring projects as directed by the Technical Supervisor
- Work safely and minimise disruption to surrounding areas, ensuring the work area is left clean and tidy
- Report all defects and follow up to completion, maintaining accurate maintenance records
- Communicate effectively with fellow technicians and share operational updates
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies across the estate
- Adapt quickly to changing schedules, last minute priorities, or urgent breakdowns
- Maintain high standards of work quality, attention to detail, and professional conduct
Requirements
- Trade qualification or diploma in Electrical
- Minimum 4 years' experience as an electrician in luxury residences, 5 star hotels, or large commercial properties
- Proven technical expertise across residential and commercial electrical systems
- Excellent skills with common electrical power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety regulations
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Physically fit and safety conscious
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently
- Proficient in using computers and mobile devices (highly regarded)
- Previous experience working as part of a multicultural technical team
- Background in smart wiring systems highly regarded

Purpose of the Position
- The Electrician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical systems and fixtures throughout a prestigious UHNW private estate. Salary & Benefits
- Salary: USD $1,000 per month (subject to tax and social security in Jordan)
