About the Role

Responsibilities
- Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Maintain an organized seating chart and manage table rotation
- Assist guests with inquiries about the menu, restaurant offerings, and general hotel information
- Handle guest concerns or complaints politely and escalate when necessary
- Answer phone calls and manage restaurant reservations using the designated system
- Confirm bookings, handle special requests, and coordinate with the service team
- Monitor waitlists and update guests with accurate waiting times
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to optimize seating flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess desk and entrance area
- Prepare and update menus, reservation lists, and table plans as required
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Saudi National (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast paced environment
