Requirements
- Strong customer service, guest relations, and hospitality skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English
- Organizational and time management skills for handling reservations and guest flow
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, and stand for extended periods
- Previous experience in cafés, restaurants, or luxury hospitality environments preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent

Role Description
- Full time, on site position at Mary Café in Doha, Qatar.
- Welcomes guests, manages reservations and seating, ensures smooth service flow from arrival to departure.
- Daily tasks include greeting guests, maintaining waiting list, coordinating with service team, and responding to inquiries.
- Handles phone and in person bookings, presents menus, guides guests, and addresses feedback.
- Supports overall ambiance, maintains cleanliness and order at host stand, upholds service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service, guest relations, and hospitality skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Organizational and time management skills for reservations and guest flow.
- Professional presentation, attention to detail, calm demeanor in fast paced setting.
- Previous experience in cafés, restaurants, or luxury hospitality preferred; familiarity with POS or reservation systems beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability, teamwork, proactive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal hospitality training or certification is an added advantage.
