Requirements
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
- Solid Administrative Assistance skills including document preparation and record keeping
- Competency in managing Expense Reports
- Clear and professional Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field beneficial
- Proficiency with MS Office, email and scheduling tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Prior experience in hospitality, F&B, or retail environments considered an advantage
