Responsibilities
- Record and maintain all daily financial transactions accurately using Sage Accounting
- Reconcile daily sales, cash collections, POS transactions, and bank deposits
- Prepare and process daily bank deposits and monitor company bank accounts
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Compare supplier quotations, negotiate best prices, and support procurement decisions
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with suppliers
- Monitor inventory costing and purchasing expenses to ensure cost efficiency
- Analyze food cost, beverage cost, and operational expenses, recommending cost reduction opportunities
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports including P&L, Sales Analysis, Expense Analysis, Cost Control, Cash Flow, Budget vs Actual
- Prepare monthly Trial Balance and assist in preparing financial statements
- Support month end and year end closing activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (hospitality or F&B experience preferred)
- Strong professional experience using Sage Accounting
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial reporting)
- Experience in supplier management, procurement comparison, and cost analysis
- Strong understanding of inventory control and cost accounting
- Ability to prepare weekly and monthly management reports independently
- High level of integrity, accuracy, confidentiality, and analytical thinking
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines

Role Description
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Accountant to manage daily financial operations and contribute to cost control and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain all daily financial transactions accurately using Sage Accounting.
- Reconcile daily sales, cash collections, POS transactions, and bank deposits.
- Prepare and process daily bank deposits and monitor company bank accounts.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements

Qualifications
- Strong customer service, hospitality, and guest relations skills.
- Experience in café, restaurant, or F&B service operations.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Attention to detail in presentation, cleanliness, and health and safety standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and positive attitude.
- Previous experience in premium or boutique hospitality settings preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or F&B certifications are a plus.
