Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Work as a team to ensure timely service and smooth operation.
- Understand and adhere to all hotel policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Perform every guest interaction in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Maintain professional telephone etiquette and understanding of reservation policies.
- Be familiar with services offered in the restaurant and throughout the hotel.
- Greet and seat guests warmly, setting the tone for hospitality.
- Ensure the front of the restaurant is always covered and welcoming.
- Check each table for cleanliness and setup before seating.
- Check with guests for feedback and resolve any problems.
- Pitch in and help in service whenever needed.
- Work with the Cashier and relieve Cashiers on break.
