Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Work as a team to ensure timely service and smooth operation.
  • Understand and adhere to all hotel policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Perform every guest interaction in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Maintain professional telephone etiquette and understanding of reservation policies.
  • Be familiar with services offered in the restaurant and throughout the hotel.
  • Greet and seat guests warmly, setting the tone for hospitality.
  • Ensure the front of the restaurant is always covered and welcoming.
  • Check each table for cleanliness and setup before seating.
  • Check with guests for feedback and resolve any problems.
  • Pitch in and help in service whenever needed.
  • Work with the Cashier and relieve Cashiers on break.
