About the Role
Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort is seeking a Hostess to greet and seat guests in a warm and friendly manner. The role involves maintaining professional telephone etiquette, ensuring the restaurant entrance is welcoming, and assisting with service as needed.

Responsibilities
- Work as a team with colleagues to ensure timely service and smooth running operation
- Understand and adhere to all hotel policies and Standard Operating Procedures
- Perform every guest interaction in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Maintain professional telephone etiquette and understanding of reservation policies
- Be completely familiar with services offered in the restaurant and throughout the hotel
- Greet and seat guests in the restaurant in a warm and friendly manner
- Ensure the front of the restaurant is always covered and the entrance is welcoming
- Check each table to ensure it is clean and fully set up before seating guests
- Check with guests for feedback on quality of experience and address any problems
- Pitch in and help in service whenever needed, and relieve Cashiers on break
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Hostess preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, positive and approachable
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or guest relations is preferred
