Your Role

• Create outstanding first impressions and set the tone for the guest experience.
• Welcome and assist guests, manage reservations, coordinate seating arrangements, and ensure restaurant operations flow smoothly throughout service.
• Help create memorable dining experiences while upholding Rosewood's service standards and values.

How You’ll Make the Place

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring exceptional arrival and departure experiences.
• Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow to maximize service efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Communicate VIP arrivals, guest preferences, and special requests to the service team.
• Maintain the presentation, cleanliness, and organization of the reception and restaurant areas.
• Support service excellence by monitoring guest satisfaction and assisting with service recovery when needed.
• Uphold Rosewood Brand Standards and LQA standards through every guest interaction.

Could This Be You?

• Experience in a hostess, guest relations, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• Passionate about creating memorable first impressions and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional presence.
• Highly organized and confident managing reservations, guest flow, and multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using restaurant reservation and POS systems.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are highly valued.
