Responsibilities
- Welcome and escort guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable arrival and departure experience
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimize service and enhance the dining experience
- Maintain accurate knowledge of menus, promotions, restaurant operations, and hotel offerings to assist guests confidently
- Communicate guest preferences, VIP arrivals, and special requests to the service team to ensure personalized experiences
- Monitor restaurant presentation, cleanliness, and readiness to uphold Rosewood and LQA standards
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and service recovery situations with care and professionalism
Requirements
- Experience in a hostess, guest relations, restaurant, or hospitality environment
- Naturally welcoming and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional presence
- Organized, detail oriented, and confident managing reservations and guest flow in a fast paced environment
- Comfortable using hospitality systems and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are highly valued

THE TEAM
- The Food & Beverage team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi delivers exceptional dining experiences through genuine hospitality, personalized service, and attention to detail.
- As a Hostess, you will report to the Assistant Manager – Outlet and work closely with service associates and restaurant leadership.
YOUR ROLE
- Create exceptional first impressions by warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements.
- Act as the face of the restaurant, balancing operational efficiency with genuine hospitality.
