About the Role

- Handle members and guests’ enquiries or requests, providing correct and accurate assistance or information.
- Ensure all cancelled/refused/waiting lists are recorded with the reason and that all details are followed up and actioned.
- Ensure communication with all relevant parties is clear, consistent and transparent.
- Maintain personal knowledge of all Club’s members and refresh your knowledge constantly.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in same or similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurant.
- Excellent level of spoken and written English.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Demonstrate integrity and maintain high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to work long shifts and be flexible with your time.

- It is the first international outpost of the celebrated private members’ club established in 1863 in Mayfair, London.
What Will You Do
- Handle members and guests’ enquiries or requests, providing correct and accurate assistance.
