About the Role
The Arts Club Dubai is seeking a Head Bartender to supervise bar operations, create cocktails, and deliver exceptional service in a luxury private members' club. The role requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining, and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver beverages to members and guests following department Standard Operating Procedures
- Participate in creating new cocktails and assist with developing drink list for the Bar menu
- Ensure efficient, consistent flow of service and standards are constantly met during service periods
- Handle complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure all bar equipment and objects needed for service are prepared and available
- Monitor daily checklist and ensure all opening and closing duties are completed
- Support sales and ensure relevant/appropriate suggestions are made with regards to cocktails
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in same or similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants
- Internationally recognised professional certification
- Excellent level of English, written and spoken
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to work long shifts and stand for extended periods
- Impeccable manners and immaculate personal presentation

About Us
- The Arts Club Dubai is a private members' club located in DIFC, the first international outpost of the celebrated club established in 1863 in Mayfair, London.
What Will You Do
- Prepare and deliver beverages to members and guests following the department Standard Operating Procedures.
- Participate in creating new cocktails and assist with developing drink list for the Bar menu.
- Ensure the efficient, consistent flow of service and standards are constantly met during service periods.
- Handle complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that all the Bar equipment and any other objects needed for service are prepared and available.
- Be efficient in keeping beverage wastage to a minimum and ensuring stock under your responsibility is secure.
- Monitor the daily checklist and ensure all opening and closing duties are completed.
- Support sales and ensure relevant/appropriate suggestions are made with regards to cocktails.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in same or similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants.
- Internationally recognised professional certification.
- Excellent level of English, written and spoken.
- Have strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Demonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to work long shifts and stand for the extended period of time.
