About the Role
The Arts Club Dubai seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to C-suite executives, including the CEO. The role involves calendar management, travel coordination, and strategic project support in a luxury hospitality environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated administrative support to the CEO, including proactive calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of internal and external meetings
- Serve as the primary liaison and point of contact between executives, senior leadership, and key stakeholders
- Prepare, draft, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials on behalf of the executive team
- Plan, organize, and manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries
- Maintain organized records of documents, contracts, and reports to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and easy accessibility
- Coordinate and support the planning of corporate events, off site meetings, and internal functions for the executive office
- Oversee administrative processes such as expense reporting, attendance tracking, and procurement for the executive office
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives and special projects, conducting research and preparing reports or presentations as required
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar high level administrative role supporting C suite executives
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional business correspondence etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with digital collaboration tools
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
- Experience in complex scheduling and international travel coordination
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered

What Will You Do

What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high level administrative role supporting C suite executives.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional business correspondence etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with digital collaboration tools.
