Role Overview
HORECA Sales role based in Dubai and focused on food service accounts in the hospitality, restaurant, and catering sector.
The position manages account growth, sales activity, customer relationships, and business development.
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of assigned HORECA accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in the food service industry.
- Identify new business opportunities within the HORECA sector.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
- Provide market feedback, competitor analysis, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Must-Have Requirements
- Previous experience managing food service or HORECA accounts.
- Ability to start immediately.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales track record in the hospitality, restaurant, or catering industries.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
