Role Overview
The Customer Service Representative will support customer satisfaction by handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond professionally to customer queries through WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Provide accurate product, service, and order-status information.
- Resolve complaints and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions for customer needs.
- Maintain service quality and follow company protocols and performance metrics.
Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum three years of call center experience.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Excellent multitasking ability and keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
